Adam used to hide in the hedge maze in order to avoid his tutors and servants when he was a little boy. His favorite spot to hide was in the center, next to a rock that looked like a gnome. He would watch the clouds go by until someone found him and brought him back to the castle.
He used to have a tutor named Monsieur LeBeau, who tried to teach Adam how to write reports. He was always attempting to make learning fun for Adam, but Adam rather played with his toys.
His favorite toys were toy soldiers.
